- Blow-dry and brush out tailored to the coat type (long hair, wool, double coat, short coat).
- Full body style/cut (if needed) including breed-specific look or customised trim.
- Nail trimming and filing, paw-pad tidy, ear cleaning (and plucking where needed).
- Sanitising of sanitary areas, tidying of face & eyes (for breeds that require it).
- De-shedding treatment (for dogs that shed heavily) or coat conditioning.
- A relaxing environment: calm setting, friendly groomer, non-slip surfaces, good ventilation.

The Cleany Teeth service provides your dog with a dedicated dental hygiene session — helping to maintain fresh breath, healthy gums and teeth, and prevent the onset of serious dental disease. It is complementary to your dog’s regular grooming and general health care.
How it works:
- A detailed assessment of your dog’s mouth and teeth (looking at plaque/tartar build-up, gum condition, fresh breath).
- We use an ultrasonic or non-invasive cleaning tool (depending on our equipment) designed for dogs — this allows us to remove plaque/tartar from the tooth surfaces and just beneath the gum line (depending on dog tolerance).
- Use of specialist pet-safe tooth/paste or gel, and finishing with polish or freshening treatment.
- We may issue a maintenance plan: for example, returning every 4-6 weeks for follow-up, and advice for home dental care.
- If during the session we identify signs of serious dental disease (loose teeth, infection, deep tartar under gum line), we will refer you to a veterinary dental specialist — because those cases often require anaesthesia and veterinary care.

Our Doggy Daycare gives your dog a full day (or half-day) of supervised, safe, social and stimulating environment, while you’re away. It’s more than just “watching your dog” — we provide structured activity, rest, and enrichment.
What’s included:
- Supervised play sessions with other dogs of suitable size/temperament, guided by trained staff.
- Structured exercise and socialisation opportunities (toys, obstacles, play circles, etc).
- Environment with separate zones (for small dogs vs large, high energy vs calmer), rest/naptime spaces, safe surfaces.
- Attention to individual needs: if your dog needs extra rest, or is socialising for the first time, we tailor the session.
- Optional extras such as drop-off/pick-up service, photo updates, enrichment games.

- Many dogs left alone for long periods become bored, anxious or destructive. Daycare helps provide mental and physical stimulation, reducing behavioural issues.
